How To Regulate Your Life

Some see the body as a kind of machine or automobile.

I see it as an evolutionary machine that was created by experience, environment and learning to operate with a better belief system.

Some believe you need a purpose or meaning in your life.

I see more from learning how to use the body, mind and belief system in a way that does no harm.

Do you know how to get a good start?

Earth Day April 22, 2018

The slogan this year is to consume less and pledge more…

There is too many plastics being consumed and I pledge to cook more food and buy less plastic.

I will ‘put my money where my mouth is’ and pledge more cash and resources into getting kids more playing time outside.

Climate Change is a good cause to help in the year to come, going to earth day is a proper way to change myself.

I need to read and write and therefore research this day today!

Are you a victim of some hoax or practical joke?

What fake news story is plastered across the newsfeed today?

No sense worrying about your sense of humor, but be prepared to duck the proverbial ‘pie in the face’ comment or insult.

Perhaps, you will find yourself wearing a tired smile or smirk.

Hey, it’s just once a year.

Get out there and be one of the perpetrators, have the last laugh, join the party!

Humanity Loving Nature

Climate change is a symptom.

Human behaviour is the problem.

The solution is to change ourselves.

The human imagination can track a love for the planet and the universe.

Our care and attention can change our destructive economy into a planet friendly and universal health care system that supports nature and builds new ways to be green and a live on a happy planet without any destructive behaviour coming from us.

Why not think green, vote green and search for green solutions.

To act on this solution is the best chance for any stakeholder.

Clean up yourself and clean up the world.

The Writing Journal

Gripped in the Talmud of a tonality, a sweeping experience of true dissonance:  my musical journey.

Homophobic erotica depicting masturbation that is flaccid, frustrating and painful may be an emotional journey of letting go of guilt through association.

Tirade of emblems that presuppose design on all things made of god.

Or passionate rants about bobulous babes of the opposite sex (same sex, or no sex).

These canon like entries into my journal (or diary) are not meant to see the light of public consumption.

The truth is personal, specific to one’s own knowledge, stylized in their voice (using 1st person on many occasions).

But a journal may be on any and all topics that thwart or endear the masses.

Yet, not all reader or writer, neither or both hast gazed upon thine navel to propagate prose in this vein or humors.

Tsk-tsk, on one’s neighbour’s folly, thyself, and all…than roam upon this inhabited planet floating in the milky way.

Go now, and write upon the hill, your classic dialogue that speaks to one, no one or many!

The Creative State

Joy

The creativity or stream=of=consciousness is a state of being that is expressed through a practice of well being.

My practice may be while I do something or very little.

Meditation or mindfulness can have a flow of consciousness.

We can practice breathing as a meditation, but it is when we experience the stream of our consciousness that we can experience our best meditation.

To let go is the same thing as going for flow or being in the zone.

We feel whole or one, a unity of ourselves with whatever we are practicing or doing.

When the workday just disappears or time flies, this is the x-factor.

Of course, we need to work at it with the intension of being in the Tao, we are just opening up to whatever is there.

We can stop the flow whenever we want to stop being present or do something else.

But there is no reason to stop.

Our life is a creative state.

We use too much punctuation in our life.
