OK right now I’m writing this like a dialogue and the reason why I dialogue and journal and do a lot of thinking on my feet while I’m moving around is because I need to process I need to integrate all this into what I think is a personal philosophy and the way that works is really complicated, but let me just say that I’m trying to make conscious decisions to use my rest and digest side of my nervous system as much as possible to live a better life and in a nutshell that’s what my personal philosophy is all about and I suggest that you do the same thing and figure out how it all works in time by talking to people like me or finding as much information about it as you can and learning how to do it and you know, mostly I do it for myself you know because the better I get at it the better I can transmit this to other people in my personal life and stuff and you know my fair right so it makes sense now that AI is coming online and that the world is becoming small smaller place in the sense that we’re all starting to become global citizens and stuff and we don’t wanna mess anything up so we’re all worried about you know what’s going on in the world and the big part of it right now is AI believe it or not so we want to get on board on the same page and figure out how to make the transition through all that so I’ll leave it at that for now and I don’t know how much I’m gonna edit this but I’m gonna try to keep it as close to what I’ve got down here as possible so I will get back to you if I’ve got something else more to say I will dialogue or text to you soon or will I blog to you soon I mean literally I’m blogging right!
