Living The Good Life

I reflect upon good and bad and properly use these impressions,

Command my will,

Some say, I have consciousness.

Understand and know, I am conscious.

Shame not consciousness or do it harm,

Here is my strength: I can get what I want and avoid what I don’t want, use the proper impulse, a careful purpose, use a studied assent.

This is my job: to practice living ‘the good life’.

#1 Stress Release For Canadian Thanksgiving 2019

A linguist friend of mine made me a tape back in the nineties to help me cope with stress.

To be honest, this tape is better, I highly recommend taking some part of 3 hours and discover it for yourself.

I love classical music, and all though this is one of the most popular pieces of all time, it is personal, today many will recognize it as a wedding music piece.

Please look after yourself, try the link below for a beautiful rendition of Pachelbel’s Canon in D Major

Who on this planet is up for change and will risk their life for it?

Will it be an internal or external event?

Most likely a little of both.

What will you do to revolutionize yourself and the planet?

Should I Take A Shower Before I Take An Epsom Salt Bath?

No, the best advice I have been given is to take a shower after you soak.

Reason being, you don`t want to harm your skin (dry it out from the salt).

I am a great believer in the benefits of Epsom Salt Baths.

I even like to throw in some tea tree oil.

Experiment, I think you can find every thing you need to know from reading the article below.

Wealth

…is living pay cheque to pay cheque for most.

The desire to earn more or to live beyond your means can get us in trouble.

Quenching this desire is a skill worth acquiring ASAP.

Look around, can you spend five minutes a day with yourself to sort out these crazy moods, impulses to live in a fantasy or just abandoning ourselves at the most inappropriate times?

There are some habits or ideas that may help us live for better or worse, pay cheque to pay cheque.

What is the best habit you have going for you?

I need sleep, I try to get eight hours a night.

I have improved my sleep over the last year by concentrating on it and doing my best to improve it.

They say sleep not only keeps you healthy, but it does a lot more.

Building good habits keep me ready and willing to work to live pay check to pay check.

In this sense, I think I’m doing the best I can do.

But I believe there are better ways to live, and better habits I can learn to use to find a more stable lifestyle.

Good luck with your wealth, whatever way you do it, living pay check to pay check may not be satisfactory, but it’s not a bad way to live.

I prefer the last one, about expressing friendly feelings…
  • but what about “heal”
  • to heal implies curing or repairing our body, mind and spirit while we are being ill.
  • living with ourselves regardless of the outcomes.
  • I suggest being what we believe.
  • being willing to improve our health or to heal.
  • being aware and accepting ourselves is part of that package deal.
  • in this sense, it is best to heal for ourselves, without hoping for unrealistic outcomes.
  • sort of like being you, with no strings attached.
  • but along with illness there is pain and suffering, which is not so easy to accept.
  • it is worth learning to live day to day or second to second with pain.
  • pain management is a skill we can all learn.
  • best wishes with your health.

Does Drinking Water Help?

Before you read the excellent article on drinking water and how to set up a schedule, let me convince you to do it.

I am a big believer in good habits, but some work better than most.

By setting up a schedule for almost anything, you are probably more likely to do it or try it.

I have spent years drinking the other kinds of beverages to excess because I never had a good drinking water habit.

Not only does water have many benefits like loosing weight and flushing out toxins in the body,

but to do it right, you need to learn to do all the good habits that make water the ‘icing on the cake’.

Drinking eight glasses of water a day, only becomes manageable when you can maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Otherwise, you will not like the taste or enjoy drinking the amount of water that brings all the benefits.

Considering that water helps maintain and regulate the human body or any other living thing on the planet, it is a pretty worth while thing to look into on your own.

The other thing about good habits is the need for internal motivation, which means you need to get to know yourself and find out what works for you.

If this does not get you drinking more clean healthy water, read the article on the link below.

Good luck, good life!
