I love to journal, write and walk, think, meditate and become peaceful

I want to teach and become a student in my life.

What can I do about it: journal, read, write, blog, write a book and study to do it.

Most of the time I am curious about meditation.

Most of the time I practice being calm and experience peacefulness.

I love to learn and practice how to do all of it.

I believe that is what my book will be all about.

This is my journey what will be yours?

Red Fern

It’s leaves are turning colors

Autumnal scheming red, green yellow,

Burgundy becomes more intense…

Wild they grow, spore falls on the forest’ floor,

Nature nurtures with shaded cover and rains falling from above,

The wind is blocked by trees.

(Once the fronds break, they do not come back.)

Osmunda, your cinnamon color shows,

You love the heavy shades in the thickest thickets.

Slowly, your ferns spread, narrow fronds upright, emerging soft green, maturing to blue green, hugging moisture in the deep wet soils.

Your densely matted roots protect the soils from erosion.

You capture the morning sun or the afternoon shades as your flowers only appear in summer.

This fall your beauty is enhanced with the color of cinnamon!

Poetry (yes,yes,yes)

“The truth will set you free”

To see and understand, the image must be real.

The flavor or color of sand is a measure of the scale.

How dense is your mitochondria?

How powerful is your cell?

The cost of being vulnerable is the cost of being well.

Who would regenerate from the damage if life lessons practiced well?

Who could forget their misery if ‘mindfulness’ practice fell?

To hoard and heal wounds are subject to living spells.

What do you believe?

Music is a sphere like reason, love and fear.

Tolerance is a virtue like temperance and justice.

Yet, analysis will not yield an answer to the truth about life.

Even a ‘good life’ is subject to others’ reason, love, fear…

Even a ‘holy person’ is subject to tolerance, temperance, and justice.

We would be a monk to answer the truth about love?

Are we not all sinners?

Are we not all human?

Are there no answers?

Are there no ultimate truths?

And there are stories about the ‘wheel of life’.

We dream about the ‘fountain of youth’.

There is an unceasing desire for more.

A complex path to find the truth or any answer in life.

We tend to ask the question ‘why’.

Poetry is like a mirror for the truth.

Beauty is like a structure for the truth.

Meaning comes only in degrees.

Do answers really exist at all?

Is life truly its’ own reward?

Woman Bun or Man Bun?

“Rocking it, girl thing, hottest thing in fashion “, say women fashion writer’s.

There are women who flirt with fashion but are playing an equality card in their arena of image and publicity.

Are men doing the same thing?

What is the proper use of impressions when it delves into equality?

Can equal footing show more humanity or better ways to ‘be public’.

Humorous ways to display humanity are like comedic plays about being similarly disavowed or let go, a less serious approach to social change.

There are new ways to show yourself in society.

[Teacher and Student], Build Your Brain

In this dialogue, neuroplasticity and behavior is discussed with those learning to live and love.  They explore the responsibility we have to receive fruitful outcomes or growing problems.

Teacher:  There is no good behavior there is only behavior.

Student:  What does that mean.

T:  Everything you learn, good or bad will change your brain.  The best habits for you may not work on your friend.  The best habits for you today, may not work for you tomorrow.

S:  Does that mean that I may be a good learner today and a bad one tomorrow?

T:  Essentially, yes.  If you do harm, like consume drugs every day.  You may create a bad habit.  If you do good, like learn your work.  You may create a good habit.

S:  Will meditation and exercise and healthy eating and good routine help my overall ability to have better results.

T:  Yes.  And so will a supportive community and connections with people in your life.

S:  Is not this a recipe for Success and failure?

T:  In a way,  we still need to study and learn what is best for ourselves on the day to day basis.  There is no magic about it.  You still need to do the work.

Live, love, learn

What broadband thing do you love, or live or learn?

What is your best belief?

I believe in improving or growing through experience.

If I can learn how to learn, to live, to love…

At my core, I am very thirsty about these three treasures.

I practice by learning something that will improve my ability to live, love and learn.

I strive to stay curious, thirsty and connected to growing in these areas of life.

Does Work Kill Each Other?

Why does the innocent person harm the savior?

How does the problem grow bigger when the solution grows smaller?

How can the ignorant be right and the one who knows be wrong?

There are no answers.  There are only questions.

When the poor get poorer and multiply.  The rich die out but get richer.

When all the beauty in the world does no harm.

But all the truth in the world is a lie.

We can’t see.  We have lost all the common sense.

We don’t want to listen or be heard.

We are all sick, tired, lonely, and scared.

We blame each other.

We treat things badly because there is no way out.

We keep making the same dumb mistakes.

Getting help is hard, every buddy wants to say no.

But we keep putting our hand out.  We get enough to eat.  We find enough to grow and reproduce.

Yet, people kill each other.  Violence is king.

There are no simple answers.

You need to fight to be heard.

And work still shits on you and you shit on someone at work.  Time to stop!  Make it different.
