People Who Grew Humanity

These men were homeless and meditated their way into the hearts of the people.

Many believed in philosophy based on sound principles like love, peace, charity, goodwill, non-violence, equality, freedom and many other universalities.

We all have the choice to embrace such a good practice in which every religion, nation and people have used since the beginning (and all will have the chance to use until the end).

It seems almost conducive to homelessness, meditation and a desire to live a better life.

But there seems to be help for any lifestyle or individual or group.

It is also true that all these leaders suffered terribly by the oppressors of the time.

It seems a good exercise to study these people and to learn their practices and perhaps put them to good use.

Calmi Cuori Appassionati (Between Calmness and Passion)

As a student of life, I awake in the night,

Stridently, my heart, my mind is lost.

I have promised my return for ten years.

But with my father’s death, I have lost thee.

Shall I apologize, what can I do now?

(She was my life.)

My life returns, my life returns,

Her abscense is still felt.

What will be, will be.

Good bye, good bye.

Stop Eating Sugar

Okay, people eat too much sugar.

It is in almost all processed foods.

We have sugar in every desert we eat.

We usually have sugar because of our diet.

It is a major way to foul up our regular body functions and propels us to many major diseases.

Try giving up all sweet or junk food and baked food.

Eat more veggies and protein and less starch, bread, pasta and fruit.

Your skin and teeth, gums and organs will work better.

You will have a better mood and sleep better at night.

It will be a big challenge and be as hard or harder than stopping alcohol and smoking as a combination.

It will help you loose weight, regulate your hormones and improve your health.

The only downside is it takes a huge effort.

Is It Too Early To Be Watching Christmas Movies

Are tear jerkers Qualified?

It is about reclaiming wounds that would stay closed if not for reopening them haphazardly…

Why do we need movies to remind us of this bad habit?

Why are we forgetting when we should be forgiving?

Or do we need to work it out, of course we do.

They do capture the imagination.

There is something serious that is in need of recovery.

End of My Days

When Service is confused with servitude,

When work feels like slavery,

When supply is scarce,

When a good job does not seem to be good enough.
Sometimes helpful ways seem trying, almost stunted and painful to give and receive.

During these times one must give and receive with compassion because it is the best way.

Sometimes money and time will not suffice.

During these times it is helpful to recall or envision freedom:  on this summer’s day my heart is lightened by a peace that nature unveils.

The day is becoming brighter and calmer and perhaps this night will be restful.

Getting Ready…

Routine:  daily wake up (5AM), eat, dress, get out the door, waiting for the bus.

Work or chores, rain or shine, here or there.
Waiting:  on the bus, at the store or at the shop.

Thinking about what is best, how it works, when to rest.
Practising all the right moves, wheather Up or Down, in or out…

What is new?

No trouble? No worries.

Getting it done.  Day in and day out.
How important is it?

A good start is fundamental for being ready to take action :  live🙃

Isolation Epidemic

Who wants to collaborate in order to live a longer, healthier life?

The health authority believes we are all slowly dying from a lonely life.

Everyone is so plugged into isolation by driving, working online, using devices like cell phones, tablets, other DVD and cd like devices, the computer is isolating us from each other.

Have you ever noticed the increasing lack of contact when walking through the city streets.

There is a lack of planning for social events with neighbors with in so called community.

People are stopping from touching and feeling each other.

The hug and the kiss are being used less often and with fewer and fewer people.

Don't go touchy-feely on me!

People need to reconnect.

People need to share devices, spaces, watch each other's kids.

A good place to start is at home with a better form of community living.

How do you want to live?

Who do you want to connect with in our dying way?

People die, cities are becoming isolation hubs.

This epidemic is a 'writing on the wall' moment.

We need to reconnect and learn how to live in each other's lives again.

So, unplug from your devices more often, join in on community more often, be in a coop, eat together, play together, learn together.

We need to become better neighbor and friends and co-workers.

We need to reverse the isolation trend.
