Science

The proof that science finds shows us how and what to do, like a blue print.

For most of us it improves our day to day lives in obvious and subtle ways.

We all get cell phone, because we have them and operate them in sophisticated way.

We all have medical care (some can afford better), but some of us don’t heed or understand the knowledge and practices that enable us to potentially live longer and healthier lives.

There are theories in physics that help us understand far more than what regular people pursue but specialists are planing trips to places on earth and beyond which may have some people visiting there, but who will soon be living there.

Lost In Space

There is something about science fiction and fantasy, they are magical in their attraction or emotional response.

To tell a tale or have words about it, may make it a little more attractive.

True, but what can make someone ‘aware’, who wants to stay asleep?

How can one grow up, if they shut out everything that can help them open to the changes they need to grow?

Obviously, the wrapper doesn’t make the candy any sweeter.

But let me tell you a story about this piece and you might want to bite.

Consciousness is beyond time and space, science has no working theory as to prove any part of it.

But one great scientist believes the story must be told to make it real.

I say, it starts with another tale or epic, found in “The Red Book:  Liber Novus” by C.G. Jung.

To me, “The Way To The Self” is only attainable through ‘the proper use of impressions’.

So, listen closely, and I will deliver an epic poem to incapsulate a tale that in time, I will write.  Hear me!

I  Inner Space

Michael’s Space is a reflection of my interior.

Anyone, who wants to find me, can read my blog:  writetothepoint1960.com

But to understand the principles I follow, another epic needs to be read and practiced in all your affairs.

It is called “Epictetus:  Discourses and Selected Writings”, which is translated and edited with an introduction by Robert Dobbin.

To me, I am passionate about life and love philosophy, ‘I must die.  But must I die bawling?’

A brief but concise statement can be made about stoicism.

One can learn to practise ‘the proper use of impressions’.

And one can learn to ‘do no harm’.

These two principles need to be learnt, put into practise and made real through life experience in one’s life.

II  Consciousness

An agent(s) outside of present scientific knowledge connects us to each other.

If we are to evolve we must find a way to follow our agent(s) and become as one voice.

A  portal is available to each other, we can practise trusting each other, loving each other and finding a closeness to the portal that reflects the way to be closer to our self and each other.

III  Hard Science

Deep questions about science have discovered a theory to start the scientific journey to prove consciousness.

A specific method will be used to discover specific ways which outline how consciousness is a useful force in the universe.

In time, science will provide the answers to contact an agent(s) outside our known universe and perhaps create AI, even an agent(s) and much more…

This quantum leap in science will bring many new technologies which will appear magical and even crazy to ours’s in comparison.

IV  Moving Beyond Time And Space

A new story must be told about this place.

An epic tale that is magical, science fiction, and fantasy, all rolled up into an incredible journey.

To take this step, some soul must be willing to use confluence to interpret inner knowledge, with knowledge about time and space.

Then move beyond science to find deep questions and answers about what is next for humanity, this world and the universe.

Please, feel free, to know yourself, science and consciousness.

Then, start the ultimate journey, beyond our mortal existence and discover the truly unknown.

All you must do is be willing to become aware.

Think about the opportunity to become more and tell the story you were meant to tell.

You need to have a conscious awakening.

What Makes Science Trustworthy | Boston Review

What Makes Science Trustworthy from Boston Review. The “scientific method” of high school textbooks does not exist. But there are scientific methods, and they play an essential role in making scientific knowledge reliable.

Philosophy Of Science is a noble path to follow.

As are many paths of knowledge, the first being science.

To be clear, science works, but you are a good skeptic.

Do your due diligence before jumping into any endeavour.

Maybe, philosophy can restore your faith in science.

Geologist who discovered oldest water on Earth wins top science award | CBC News

Barbara Sherwood Lollar has won the prestigious Gerhard Herzberg Canada Gold Medal for Science and Engineering for her work on ancient Earth water and for advancing the search for life on other worlds.

Looking for life on other planets and learning about it here on earth.

Geologist Barbara Sherwood Lollar is studying ancient water.

Of course some may dispute her findings, but it is important to recognize her good work and ongoing investigation into our water and use this discovery to help us continue the search throughout the solar system and beyond.

I beg your pardon…

Being alone is a treasure because I find compassion, patience and simplicity.

Yielding to a discovery process I uncover much and learn even more about my interests and pursuits.

Yet, unless society receives a return for itself, this endeavor ma appear fruitless and a waste of time, energy and resources.

Yet, it is fascinating to look at the creative mind.

The closer solitude is examined the muddier the water appears to be.

For example, not all mothers are blamed when their child does not form an attachment.

In some cases it is considered a disease like Autism.

In many instances of solitude the artiest, or creative person will seek out solitude to find authenticity.

Again, this is difficult for society, even the immediate family and friends who may find the creative person aloof or preoccupied with their work and less with their relationship to others.

But it is easy to recognize the outcomes as valuable:  creativity, authenticity, truth, science, art, philosophy, etc.

Altered Traits

Traits Vs. States, that is the question.

My health is a state.

My traits lead to good or bad health.

To acquire these traits is part of the great mystery or 10,000 things.

It really is a problem in disguise.

Some call it the Art of Living.

Others, sum it up as the way to be.

People are fools for the truth.

There are knaves that twist the truth.

Scientists are the knights of the new age.

There are problems that elude repair and recovery,

And require ongoing examination to hatch a remedy.

At present meditation is the answer.

There are many ways to contemplate consciousness.

Some summarize it as navel gazing.

Others embrace the practice of mindfulness.

The east has been sending teachers to show us and teach us.

Many of us have gone to the east to experience this truth for ourselves.

A history is written about the philosophy of meditation.

Some in the west call it the way to become happy.

Yet, science is only scratching the surface.

Philosophy is starting to use thousands of years of contemplation to uncover the truth.

There is no simple answer.

Using drugs seem to be part of the problem, even for western medicine.

Psychology will study the mind, but the problem is still eluding psychology.

Meditation begs us to slow down.

Being mindful, we become aware of the child within each of us.

We are learning the science behind relaxation, engagement, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle.

Meditation is a tool to acquire the traits to live a better lifestyle.
