Inspiration to save the world.

And yet, another honorary degree.

Only a year ago, a call to improve ourselves in the best way we know how.

A tribute to a humble and proud Canadian, who implores us all to be our best.

Breathe

Take air into your lungs, then expel it.

Feel how natural it is, without this automatic act by the body, there can be little life.

There are medical means to support those that need life support.

It’s terrible to be self conscious of this act.

One is usually anxious and hyperventilating,

But to use it as a metaphor, to rest and relax and move onto the next best thing,

This must be a good thing!

Breathe!

Being Your Best Self Is Part of The ‘Good Life’

Feeling is an important part of a reaction.

Feeling ‘down’, at your best, will produce a small reaction.

If you have excellent experience, mental health and can navigate through life with care, you probably live the ‘good life’.

Feeling ‘up’, at your best, will produce a small reaction.

Learning to decide what to do with your reaction will improve your’s and other’s well being.

Secular Version Of “God Bless You”

Peace.

Thank you.

Wonderful.

Great.

Thanks.

Have a nice day.

Have a good one.

Human Rights For People In All places

Today, prison is a place calling out for reform.

There is a peaceful approach by inmates.

But riots and other forms of violence are occurring and face to face meeting are not always available.

Professional workers and the government are beginning to take notice.

Change will only occur when society demands it.

The Canadian prison system is calling for the public to pay attention.

Ebola Thursday August 23, 2018

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-ebola-congo/congo-approves-more-experimental-ebola-treatments-as-cases-rise-idUSKCN1L70Z1

The outbreak in DRC continues to grow: total deaths 59 and 75 confirmed cases since last month.

New drugs are being used with care.

Continued support and best efforts are being accomplished during this crisis.

Awareness is a small price to pay, making every effort count.

Welcome Events Any Way They Happen: This Is The Way (to peace)

A poet-scientist uses his reason to write like Leonardo Di Vinci paints.

If you see an improper use of impression, learn from it and do no wrong.

Pornography can lead to languishing in lust or a springboard to moral change.

What is the fight for peace?

What is the war?

Does war languish in lust?

Does war springboard to moral change?

Humanity does all the above.

What will you do today?

Smooth Jazz

To me, it has to be evening,

who wants to do it in the morning?

Who says you always have to be right?

Who is the flaky fool I like so much?

Music is so damn subjective.

It has a certain buzz that allows me to chill out at night time.

I like the sights and sounds as long as they sing with a good riff and long sighing, sweet way about it.

Not that it’s cool or cool.

Not that much fun, but to relax, and get a chance to wind down.

Maybe, I wanna go to sleep or something.

It’s kinda philosophical.

And I just want to listen and quiet down:  https://youtu.be/ARxV5vsYQ6o

Too Hot For Comfort: state of emergency in bc

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/b-c-declares-state-of-emergency-as-hundreds-of-wildfires-burn-across-province-1.4785983

As the fires rage on across this province, fire fighters fight, air bombers drop their loads, it seems like a war on fire. But in reality, safety first, and common sense will rule the day.

Many resources are needed to ensure the safety of all concerned throughout British Columbia.

Many hours of work go by containing the flames to let the fire burn itself out.

The people, workers too, are not always safe from breathing in smoke and fumes.

We need to improve on health and safety for everyone.

Thankful for all the workers and good information to keep us aware during this crisis.

Always thankful for health and safety, support and help in day to day living.
