Ideally, each of us has the ability to become a global citizen.

I do this through writing, travel, and working as a responsible person.

To act in a way to promote more cooperation and collaboration, but to sustain what works and find better ways to be free.

Be a part and make a move that works better today.

Insight from the Dalai Lama 2020

“Basically we are all the same human beings with the same potential to be a good human being or a bad human being….The important thing is to realize the positive side and try to increase that; realize the negative side and try to reduce. That’s the way.”

It needs to be said by the people we know and trust.

We are all trying to behave well and live a balanced life and living more in the moment.

We are trying to ‘do no harm’.

Please support the effort.
