“The 3-Apple-A-Day Plan”

I love apples.

And I like the idea of setting a simple goal: eat one apple before each meal, each day and buy enough apples (21) to execute this simple goal.

I have been eating very healthy for years, but I highly suggest trying this simple goal along with the diet suggested in this book.

I plan to report back when a week, a month and a year has past.
