When I went to sleep as a child, the ritual was “now I lay me down to sleep”.
Then I graduated to the Lords Prayer.
Now I use poems that inspire me.
As a child I loved to gaze out at the night sky or landscape and imagine.
Today, I still like to dream.
It is so important to have a good sleep routine.
