I am a primary care giver and practice all the COVID-19 protocols like hand washing, physical distancing, masks, ventilation and I spend as little time around people as possible.
Cleanliness and hygiene is helpful.
Good nutrition, exercise and sleep…
Good hygiene for mental and emotional health too…
I do the virtual thing, texting and emailing..
The new normal works for me.
Plus I do nature walks, photography, journaling, writing, philosophy and I love my solitude in this regard…
Plus I like to research this topic: self isolation!
