Meditation: Solitude and ‘The Care Of The Soul’

Serenity can be a flow of peace and quiet.

Like when pain is suddenly absent,

The still calm and silent, and being with who I am.

Regardless of the state of mind, always accepting and always present for self care.

The awareness of who I am, all of me: good, bad and ugly.

The practice and ability to do-no-harm.

Let the pain come (lol), I can manage…
