Day light savings time is March 8 this year.
That mean two or 3 hours of jet lag.
Most people add these extra hours due to the weekend social schedule.
Don’t worry, it is early enough to plan ahead to correct for most of the disruption.
My plan is to wake up an extra 15 minutes each day, a week before.
And to get lots of light each morning.
While I am doing this housekeeping, I will check in on my sleep hygiene: get to bed on time ( waking and sleeping) and keeping off my devices a couple of hours before bed.
Check out the article above. It explains a good way to look at the DLS -loosing an hour sleep syndrome!
