I am a lark.
My ideal sleep time is 8 PM
I generally wake up a couple times a night to use the washroom.
I sleep 7-8 hours each night.
I need to walk to work in the morning and turn off all my devices at sunset. This ensures I get my proper sleep.
I am definitely bright first thing.
This is when I eat, read and write.
At night, I like to have a read a good fiction after supper, journal, prepare for the following morning and take a shower before bed.
I will listen to calming music before bedtime.
Routine is key.
