Do that thing, whatever it is, but don’t do anything to harm yourself.
Talk to a friend.
Don’t take yourself too seriously.
Be down, be stuck, but wait for it to pass.
Let your friends help you.
Keep at it, being stuck always breaks down.
Make a list of the things you want to do when you don’t feel stuck.
Struggling through being stuck is like a cold, it will pass.
It feels lousy,but it won’t last long.
Give it up. You don’t need to feel stuck.
