Degrees Of Separation

First Degree

It’s not your fault.

Humpty Dumpty.

Is this really a good way to teach kids to understand the human condition or is this triage for saving some people in society?

Second Degree

You need to be compassionate.

People will harm you and you will harm yourself.

But remember, violence is not the answer, being human is a messy business.

Third Degree

Okay, people get sick, no one can tolerate them in life.

Is welfare or social assistance enough for anyone homeless, mentally ill, violent and harming themselves and others?

Waking Up

To sit in this room, by yourself, to workout how to live with this change is going all the way.

You may survive, but it is better if you wake up.

Some people go all the way.

If you hit the wall, few will survive.

Fewer will change and commit to teaching others like the homeless, mentally ill, and those violent and harming themselves and others…

Morning Wakeup

Starting with a friendly sounding acoustic guitar…

Do a three minute stretch before getting out of bed.

Wash and shave, using the restroom as is your custom.

A fresh breakfast with hot cereal, hotter coffee and a journal entry as is my practice.

Perhaps a meditation before a good 5 minute dressing with complimentary stretches before putting on suitable outdoor wares for a walk or drive.

The weekend is here and there are many chores to complete this Mother’s Day weekend.

Least of which is a haircut from Jimmy’s Barber.
