I did the above survey honestly and much like a journal entry. I got that I need to take a break when I feel bla.
I recognize I need to manage my tiredness, boredom, excitement, anger. All states of mind come and go. Sometimes, it is all I can do to ride them out. Most of the time I manage or feel fine.
Anyway, good to find stability at any time of day or night.
