It is more than intermittent fasting.
The idea helps me focus and execute good habits while I fast.
After all, I do save time and money,
So while I fast, I do more than eat less.
I eat better, less dairy, more water, balance electrolytes, eat less sugar and alcohol.
You get the idea, I use the extra time and money to live a better lifestyle.
