Using Non-violence

We are in control.

Do not cooperate with people who use violence as a way to convince you to comply with abuse.

Walk away when you feel like you may respond with harm.

Plan your schedule like a captain and soldier but prepare to be nonviolent.

Stand against violence but do not act in a violent way.

Some think this is an ineffective method or passive attitude, but the plan is to take the injustice and make it visible and be prepared to accept any punishment by the aggressor to show others the nature of this behaviour.

Never do this in isolation.

Only do this in public.

Most people will fall short of violence when confronted by a truly nonviolent individual.
