Being captured by ideological stuff is another stressful experience I don’t try to think about today?
News is distorted by the wild wild western internet.
Fear is on the rise from all the news of late.
Getting a grip or staying grounded is part of self management or stress management and learning how is a challenge while living day to day. It helps to get entertained and be with friends and family.
I am still enthusiastic about it all, but philosophy is not for everyone, perhaps a little astronomy, hiking, rest and relaxation? The day can be my playground for 24 hours or at least more often than the usual: sleep, eat, work, repeat?
Fear factor can be more than a show, keeping a lid on emotions is a challenge these days. A good blog, using AI as a sounding board, and just being in touch with yourself for me.
Good to stay active sometimes, recovery is almost done. I am getting back to normal.
Keep kind, keep in mind, try to keep your head out of the sand.
