I am eating healthy food, One Meal At A Time

I am being mindful when I eat by minimizing external distraction and becoming aware of internal ones.

I will use more spices like tarragon, rosemary and reduce excess use of sugar from processed food and other sources.

I will slowly phase out processed foods.

I will cleanse my palate by drinking water.

I will retrain my palate through substitution and awareness.

This is a work in progress and I may teach myself to cope with some success and some failure as in most endeavors in my life.
