The old man slept on it well. He discovered a treasure in his mind: simplicity, compassion, patience, open mind, mindfulness, lifelong learning, incremental learning, doing his best, doing no harm and practicing the proper use of impressions.
He has been reading about many things over the years and has discovered many ways to interpret knowledge based upon his experience.
He is confident that learning and experience is the key to monkey mind. He has been undergoing different kinds of food, exercise and sleep to find more exercises to practice.
He is finding abstractions and partial truths and a direction towards controlling the monkey mind. He has discovered it to be a lifelong condition that applied learning can help make better.
He is still looking into it and will be practicing his exercises for a very long time.
