Wild Mushroom Soup with sourdough loaf

Wild Mushroom Soup is made with a little olive oil to cook up the purple Potatoes, zucchini and rinsed can of dark kidney beans. Some spice is nice: thyme and curry powder with fresh ground pepper corn medley.

Dessert is yum with fresh pink grapefruit, dried cranberries and a piece of dark chocolate.

Eat up!
