Do you care about getting more light in the morning?

I think it is safer to move around in the light.

Some like to consider the practice as a practical way to save resources making it light.

I am a big believer in improving the lifestyle we all have in our day to day affairs.

It costs us individually when we change sleep in the fall, but we gain it back in the spring.

Unfortunately, we all tend to argue and all tend to dwell on the negative or cons of the experience.

I like to practice making others aware when they are willing.

I like to prepare each change. If you are interested there is an article called “How to Prepare for the Start and End of Daylight Saving Time”
