A Thank You For Your Service

If the above is any indication as to the work these people do,

What can I say,

I have taken more buses over the past 55 years than most,

And I have logged many hours as a commercial driver,

I have ridden my bike for years,

But that pales in comparison to the work these public bus drivers do in all our city, town, and villages.

I don’t say thank you when I get off the bus that often,

And when I do, I admit it is just a social nicety.

In some situations, these people really do a good job.
