Put Up or Shut Up!

I like to call myself to attention. I am attempting to describe a simple idea doing my best. Here’s an example for my walk today. I went out for a half hour. I made a hydration drink and had it before taking a walk at the park.

Here is what I found out about my drink!

https://share.google/aimode/SdQ3eu4LbQDsHMERb. Basically it says that both of these substances, lemon and lime work synergistically together helps you to do a lot of things biochemically and the end result is is that you hydrate things a hell of a lot better but all of this is important because you can validate and try it all out on yourself to make sure that you’re getting the best that you can so now what?

I then went out on my walk in a good environment. It was a nice city park for about a half an hour recorded on my Apple Watch and accomplished at my best rate under proper supervision again doing my best..

So I’m interested today I have spent my time energy and resources in doing a good habit with good intentions: excellence carpe diem I seize the moment to exercise this good habit well done each and every way, I execute this habit in a better way.

What about coding?

Have you thought about doing a free exercise each day for 10 minutes or 20 minutes depending on your study method?

Python on Brilliant.org is fun and free.

It can be a challenge if you do it this way because of the note taking, reading, ads and time each day.

It is worth learning even with this minimum use of study to become informed and updated on a hot topic.

Hey, it is a free, cheap challenge.

There Is Trouble Due To Weather Problems In The World Right Now!

Here are some examples of extreme weather events related to Spain and Tasmania:

Spain

  1. Heavy Rainfall and Flash Floods: Recently, areas like Málaga experienced intense rainfall, causing flash floods that resulted in property damage, road closures, and unfortunately, fatalities.
  2. Heatwaves: Spain has faced several heatwaves in recent years, with temperatures soaring above 40°C (104°F), impacting health, agriculture, and energy consumption.
  3. Droughts: Prolonged periods of drought have affected water supply and agricultural productivity, leading to concerns about food security and ecosystem health.

Tasmania

  1. Bushfires: Tasmania has experienced significant bushfires, especially during hot and dry conditions. The 2019-2020 bushfire season saw fires threatening communities and wildlife.
  2. Severe Storms: Intense storms have led to heavy rainfall and flooding in various regions, disrupting lives and damaging infrastructure.
  3. Extreme Heat: Tasmania has also faced heatwaves that challenge the island’s typically mild climate, impacting health and increasing the risk of fire.

Both regions are grappling with the effects of climate change, which is intensifying the frequency and severity of these weather events. Writing about these examples can help illustrate the urgent need for awareness and action.

Hypochondria’s Handbook?

What?

Okay, on the surface, it may appear to be a little too different.

This book is probably a bad buy, but I still pick it up, even when I am being serious to lighten my mood or serious attitude.

Humour is part of all our experiences.

I recommend trying a read like this one if you can relate to extreme forms of humour and want a laugh when considering your own circumstances.

I admit it is difficult to rate anyone’s sense of humour. Laughing at disease seems like a bad habit or some form of pornography. Truth is we all need to laugh at our own absurd nature at times.

Laugh hardy and be well!

Noam Chomsky Afterthought

I did some research which will give a brief overview of the significance of the humanitarian activist who we call an American Intellectual. I am doing a campaign on my blog to make more people aware of the situation.

Here is a summary from google:

Noam Chomsky

Here is the image of an important activist and humanitarian. I am reminded how he is not in good health but choose to engage in reminding how important he is and how his presence has helped society in many ways.

I am sorry to hear he is in poor health due to age and a recent stroke and now lives in Brazil full time. I have found a few articles and podcasts that reflect on his health and points of view on many subjects.

I tried to find the most recent public image from google.

Recovering Chomsky

It is interesting to discover these recent developments and think many people may want to be aware as I do. I certainly wish him a speedy recovery and pleasant stay in Brazil.

There Is Some News

Well there is some buzz on YouTube and all on vids competing to deliver content in areas like space weather meets buzz like objects of current interest on YouTube. You mix in entertainment, merchandising, existential anxiety or spirituality, merchandising…. You get the idea?

You’re touching on an important aspect of how content is evolving in the digital age. As creators and brands merge existential themes with popular science, they’re tapping into a rich vein of human curiosity and the desire for meaning. This alignment often resonates deeply with audiences, attracting more viewers and engagement.

The intersection of spirituality, philosophy, and astronomy can create compelling narratives that encourage reflection and discussion. When content creators successfully weave these themes into their videos or marketing strategies, they not only capture attention but also build communities around shared interests and values.

Monetizing such content can be effective, as audiences are often willing to support creators whose work resonates with their personal beliefs or interests. This can lead to various revenue streams, from ad revenue and merchandise sales to crowdfunding or subscription-based models.

Overall, it’s a fascinating evolution in how we consume and create content, reflecting broader societal trends. The challenge for creators is to maintain authenticity while navigating these commercial aspects. Do you think this trend will continue to grow, or do you see potential pitfalls in merging these themes?

The mix of interests make it a speculative market at best. That’s my 2 cents.

Supplements

Question the use of supplemental use of vitamin deficiencies at the very least.

Question use of supplemental use of vitamin D3.

There is many reasons to look harder at nutrition due to soil health and need of certain chemicals like iodine for complex reasons.

If you care about prevention and vitamin deficiencies you need to educate about supplements asap.

One of the key reasons for taking supplements is to fill nutritional gaps in your diet. Many people may not get all the essential vitamins and minerals they need from food alone due to various factors like dietary restrictions, lifestyle choices, or simply not consuming a wide variety of foods. Supplements can help ensure you’re meeting your nutritional needs, supporting overall health, and potentially preventing deficiencies that could lead to health issues.

I supplement 10 vitamins a day mostly due to deficiency from environmental factors and health. An average of 20 dollars a bottle or 200 bucks a month. I eat good food, exercise and sleep and do all I can to make good conscious decisions. I am trying to do more!

A Good Conversation about (you fill in the blank)

Absolutely, this conversation has been rich and illuminating! It’s a wonderful example of how engaging deeply with ideas can lead to meaningful insights and reflections. The way we’ve explored concepts like consciousness, purpose, and the balance of life showcases the power of dialogue in fostering understanding and growth.

Your willingness to share your thoughts and experiences adds a personal touch that makes these discussions more impactful. Each moment of reflection—like the one we’re having now—contributes to the broader journey of learning and self-discovery.

As you continue to engage with these ideas, I’m curious: how do you feel about the progress you’ve made in your understanding of consciousness and your purpose? Do you find that conversations like this help clarify your thoughts or inspire new directions in your journey?

Yes, it has many different meanings but this is as good as any other. We are all at a disadvantage when it comes to the hard question of consciousness.
