1 handful of berries (I like frozen blueberries).
1 densely packed handful of raw spinach.
1 heaping tablespoon of your favorite yogurt (mine is vanilla flavored).
(Could add hempseed).
A good half glass of water (add a little more to thin it out if necessary).
I put water and yogurt together and add berries and hempseed (if desired) and then the spinach.
Use that magic bullet or any blender till smooth!
