The Addictive Quality of The ‘Sweet Life’

A simple life preserves the self-control a healthy brain affords the body and therefore the brain.

Lifestyle and addiction may not appear to be bedfellows on first glance.

We have all been exposed to the problems with the western or modern diet or the pitfalls of being overweight and eating too much sugar each meal.

Our lack of simplicity leads to overuse or addiction to many things in todays world.

An experiment in using the simple life has brought me a personal experience with the richness in living a simple way.

I experience better control over my appetite for people, things and places when I eliminate sugar from my diet for 30 days.

I experience self control which allows me to decide what to stop and what to act on in my life.

I like to read, write and study.

I do this to experience self control and satiate my natural curiosity.

As a consequence I experience a simple life that give me more compassion, patience and simplicity which seems to provide a life that is more peaceful, manageable and cooperates with society.

Education is key. Please support the effort and watch the vid bellow.
