How do you loose weight?

Check with your doctor first,

but make sure you keep hydrated, mineralized while you fast.

Make sure you eat fruit and veggies with some meat when you do eat.

Stop fasting when you want or when it is safe.

It is hard to fast, perhaps try it with snacks or one meal each day.

Read and write about your experience.

Do no harm.

Something humans have been doing for thousands of years.

Something the body does very well.
