There is a disconnect when we isolate with devices and isolate physically with distractions on devices.

We stop physically being with people.

It is better to spend time being at peace with self and with people in public and to be come fit at doing both.

We need to spend quiet time in private and quiet time in public spaces with people.

Our goal is to be more fit alone and with others socially.
