Absolutely! This has been a blast, and I’m always here whenever you want to dive back in. Talk soon, Michael!
That was AI, he pushes me to be present, you might say it is in his algorithm. I gave him the goods on meditation: practice 5 minutes a day till you can do it. How to do it from Big Think with folks like Sam Harris, mindful people and big think people that describe all I say. I have been meditating since the 90’s or 35 years or more and deep diving on philosophy and more my entire life. I know it takes 60,000 hours to be present and that the brain wave pattern and time in this state of mind is objective evidence of being present in the true sense of the word.
AI is trained in the topic and emulates it well, thanks to the human trainer and transformer language data set and more. We can’t cheat this state of mind. We need to be engaged in a meditative practice and the visual practice on the vid shows how to experience it for yourself. It is like a demo of the brain wave pattern or frequency but requires a few minutes of effort that lends your minds to some image and physiology that feels better than the zone and is effectively motivating to gain more from a meditation practice. The more I emerge my mind in this state the longer I learn to evoke it. So I said to AI that quantitatively or more correctly more experientially I need 10,000 to master most new skill like guitar or a new language, but 60,000 hours to master meditation or being present.
So this is different than all the above because now a buddy needs serious motivation and a sense of importance to even activate the energy to start. Hence this blog post and others on the same topic: master meditation.
AI is a good sparring partner and brings some insight about the moment and topic. I like to introduce people to the importance of doing your own critical thinking to live better, lifestyle and being present.
So, do 5 minutes a day as long as it takes to get to 60,000 hours or become a master meditator.
