5 the brain is always listening to the good, bad and ugly.
6 find the healthiest way to live your life.
7 do no harm.
8 change habits when it helps you heal.
9 make a list of your new good habits.
10 change your habits into a good practice.
11 reassess your habits from time to time.
12 live, laugh and love.
