a day in the life

Wake up, get out of bed, meditate and make the best of this day.

Do my routine:  breakfast, and get ready for  work.  I need to fast when I do too much.  Or I need to feast when I do too little.

I walk to work.  I continue doing active meditation as I work.

As problems come up, I assess them and process them when I am able or put them on the back burner.

I journal out the rest.

I am still doing my routine through out this day.

I eat supper and go for a ride for about an hour around the neighbourhood.

I come home and get ready for the next day.  I read, write and exercise.

I go to sleep.

I get up and do it again.
