Being Nothing

Fasting is the best way to empty my being.

Stop, look, listen, but stay calm, still, silent.

I need to practise keeping in a state of non-being:  calm, still, silent.

 

It is like time is speeding up.

I sit all day in this peaceful, quiet, calm, still space.

I need a private space in my home devoted to this practise.

 

It is best to start with ‘western’ breathing.

Let the breath, breathe me.

Just breathe in a natural way.

 

Learn how to release stress while breathing.

Be mindful, restful, calm, still, silent.

Be nothing, and sense the way that is best for you.

 

Each body, each mind is different.

Yet, each is the same.
