Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Seriously, enough LOTR humour. I decided in 1994 to start my goal to retire in 2004 at and move back home to Victoria,B.C. on Vancouver Island. I did it and worked on a few problems like quitting smoking, helping out family and just deciding what to do.

I then spent ten years as a technical worker or winekit maker. It is a business that many people do. I worked for the owner producing mostly wine kits, beer kits and port. It was a ten year adventure.

Now I am finishing up an operations manager for a janitorial business. As I move into retirement for the third time I am not so sure as before or as I am with hindsight.

I think in ten years I will be a successful speaker:blogging business person on how to find your personal philosophy.

This seems more like a vocation than a ten year goal. But it will help me to frame it this way.

I got interested in the ten year plan or goal as I described above but I am practicing a personal philosophy and plan to speak and write a blog and more over the last job I will ever have in my life.

I look forward to writing a series of blogs on my ten year goal or what my 10 year goal is all about.
