I did with my frozen chicken breast, it took me a half hour to auto defrost this morning.
Do you eat salade mix a week old?
I did, because it is hearty and tastes good.
I had to pan fry the chicken breast on 3 or lower heat because I used two tablespoons of organic olive oil for 10 minutes and steamed it for 20 more because it was thick and multiple breads(three).
It cooled off for 15 minutes and still a little warm when it went in my fridge.
I waited a few hours before making a chicken salad for lunch.
Just added some greens, 2 tablespoons of organic olive oil, a tablespoon of nutritional yeast,
