I don’t always get a great sleep, but that doesn’t put me off my day. I usually get 6 to 8 hours a night which is great for the sleep deprived society in Canada. I’m not alone. Time to start a new day. I have a routine like breakfast, chores, social visits and more. Today I will be going out with a relative for lunch. I plan to hook up the new modem for their laptop. And the rest of my day will be filled with reading and writing. After supper will be light. Perhaps a bottle of my Pinot Gris. I made it from a wine kit. And I will attempt to make up for my lost sleep. A new day.
