I am grateful for the time to rest and relax and be with friends and family.

I am doubly so for a practice of inner peace and awareness.

I am glad of my health but realize it may be removed on a whim like my very life.

To be able to work and find my way without causing a needless burden.

So much more I am glade to have and hold for a short time or until my time is done.

To feel purposeful and contentment for the good life I share with others.
