I am a writer, I like to experience all the stuff of a good life, and that is about living and dying and stuff like the movie above.

I don’t expect people to get anything out of what I say or do.

I really call myself into the moment from time to time.

This is the kind of stuff that makes life all the more important to me.

And that is why it is important to you. If you have a little extra time to live and die. See if you can spend a couple of hours and see what you can figure out by watching this movie or just reading a good book you want to read.

The good in a habit, a practice and a ritual is not the routine, but the objective of the routine.

I could develop a routine to create a good habit of reading, but why bother?

You must learn to be a happier person.

We tend to be a serious about life, books May help you understand life is good, like reading books is good.

You will become wise when you read.

Start that conversation, pick up a book you want to read today.

Does reading pop out to you right now. Spend time right now and learn to read each day.

This Is Important

Do you ever see nature pop out to you.?

Is your job your calling?

It is time to figure out, why some stuff is more or bigger, right now…

Ever see the Phenomenon, with John Travolta…. Doesn’t matter, he found nature popping out for him or his character George.

My job is my calling, I feel the need to swing by and do some oversight to one of the places I am managing. It is calling me out. I need to admit it is an important thing for me to do.

So, this stuff is important right now to George, John Travolta’s character and me going to work now.

Everyone has these bigger than life moments in the present.

It is worth acting on, but most of the time we feel too tired or too busy to bother.

The truth is that we would be happier and healthier if we would act on these hunches more often than not.

What is most important to you right now?

The Routines Your Body Uses To Live A Long Good Life

First of all, it is vitally important to have good habits, practices and rituals to live a good life.

Or habits + practices + rituals = routines

You can use the above formula to test weather you believe you are living well or surviving well.

Second, living the ‘good life’ does no harm and may help you live a better life if and when you discover a way to improve your day to day life.

Picking good habits that do no harm is a good start.

Your body has discovered over billions of years of evolutionary history to move from star dust to the complex multi-organism it is today.

Each part of the body works together in ways that make it easy to live a good life.

But first we must learn about the habits that the body does each day.

We have the habit of sleep, eating and exercise.

Let’s take sleep as an example.

To sleep well, you must eat and exercise well.

To sleep well, you must fall to sleep for approximately 8 hours a night.

Most of us, take it for granted when we do this each night.

We do all of the following habits from within the body: produce all the necessary hormones, digest all of our food, have a healthy body to allow all of these habits to work.

For example, if we don’t have a strong enough stomach acid, we can not digest our food.

And as a consequence we will not sleep well.

The more we understand our body’s routine, the better we will live our lives.

This is an example of the mind/body formula above that teaches us how to create a better body routine.

A Stoic Discourse

To journal about the stoic way.

To be present in my conscious awareness of being stoic.

It is the good life and doing no harm.

To state the principles and steep myself in the conversation and my voice to discover my way.

Much like the morning and evening stoic routine, it is a form or means to become conscious and discover the here and now, what is important part of my life.

To discipline myself in the art of living, is to discover my next step.

In a way, the reward is doing the step forward, committing to the choice, a better way to move now.

Letting go of the desire, or tolerating the aversion in whatever form it manifests.

A bit like Sting’s song about ‘every breath you take’. But do no harm.
