Most people ‘fall back’ or turn back their clocks an hour on Saturday night before going to bed.

I like to start doing it 10 minutes a day this Saturday October 30,2021, before I go to bed.

It helps me avoid the feeling of ‘jet lag’ and helps me ease into the change which seems better for my heart and mind.

My motto is ‘do no harm’.

This method helps me adjust to the changes. I believe the research in the following study.
