The creativity or stream=of=consciousness is a state of being that is expressed through a practice of well being.
My practice may be while I do something or very little.
Meditation or mindfulness can have a flow of consciousness.
We can practice breathing as a meditation, but it is when we experience the stream of our consciousness that we can experience our best meditation.
To let go is the same thing as going for flow or being in the zone.
We feel whole or one, a unity of ourselves with whatever we are practicing or doing.
When the workday just disappears or time flies, this is the x-factor.
Of course, we need to work at it with the intension of being in the Tao, we are just opening up to whatever is there.
We can stop the flow whenever we want to stop being present or do something else.
But there is no reason to stop.
Our life is a creative state.
We use too much punctuation in our life.
