Anxiety Of Being

Alone in a crowd, in the shower, in the bed, on the street, with another human being.

A gap in your reality that is disorientating with overwhelming thoughts and feeling.

Doubt about the universe and everything within it.

An absence of calm, rationality, love, peace, gentleness, faithfulness, joy, goodness, self-control and patience.

A strong desire to melt away.


A need to accept this feeling and to practice ways to help abate said ‘feeling’:  any sport will do, any person will do, chit-chat is best and a journal is good.


A paradoxical sense of being that encourages growing into more of your own human being.


You might have to read, write, dream, skeam, and be (about it)!
